Primary Care

Most health concerns don't begin with a specialist. They begin with a question, a symptom, or a change you can't quite explain. Primary care is where those questions begin to make sense.

Some concerns are resolved in a single visit. Others take time. Annual checkups, illnesses, chronic conditions, medications, and preventive care all belong here.

Mental Health

Mental health isn't separate from the rest of your health. Changes in sleep, mood, energy, concentration, or the ability to manage everyday life are worth paying attention to. Therapy can help make sense of those changes.

HIV Care

HIV care is regular healthcare. Medications, lab work, routine visits, and preventive care are all part of staying healthy. Like many long-term conditions, treatment is part of everyday life.

If your treatment is working, that's a good place to start. We can continue what's going well or talk through options if something needs to change.

Hepatitis C Treatment

Many people have lived with hepatitis C for years without knowing it. Others know they have it but assume treatment will be long, difficult, or out of reach. Today's treatment is much simpler than many people expect.

PrEP & Sexual Health

PrEP is one more way to take care of your health before you need to. Being prepared is its own decision, not a reaction to one. STI testing works the same way: regular, not reactive. Same visit, no separate appointment, no lectures.

Gynecological Care

Most people wait for a reason to come in. A pelvic exam doesn't need one. Annual exams, paps, pelvic exams, and contraception, on schedule, not after something's already wrong.

Gender-Affirming Care

Gender-affirming care is still healthcare. It includes the same conversations about your overall health, medications, prevention, and long-term care as any other primary care visit. When hormone therapy, referrals, or documentation are part of what you need, those belong here too.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Hormones affect more than lab results. Sleep, energy, mood, concentration, body temperature, and sexual health can all change over time. Menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone, whatever's behind it, understanding what's changing is often the first step toward deciding whether treatment makes sense.
