Good care costs what it costs.

Insurance does not always cover the full cost of care. Some patients have no coverage at all. Others need help with costs that stand between them and treatment.

LTGR works to find a path forward.

Donations help us provide care that is not fully reimbursed, support patients facing financial barriers, and maintain the people and capacity needed to keep care available.

The Golden Care Fund

The Golden Care Fund helps LTGR respond when the cost of care and the resources available to pay for it do not meet.

The fund supports sliding fee assistance, unreimbursed care, and the clinical capacity needed to keep care available when financial barriers stand in the way.

It is not a separate kind of care. It is one of the ways we make sure the standard of care does not change when a patient's ability to pay does.

What your support makes possible

Your support helps LTGR:

  • 01reduce or eliminate costs for eligible patients through sliding fee assistance;
  • 02provide care when reimbursement does not cover its full cost;
  • 03maintain access to testing, treatment, follow-up, and other essential services;
  • 04keep the clinical capacity necessary to respond when people need care.

Every contribution helps close the distance between the care people need and the resources available to provide it.

There are other ways to help.

Not every contribution begins with a donation.

Organizations can support specific work, help bring education and care into the community, sponsor an initiative, or start a conversation about something we could build together.

If you see a place where your resources and our work might meet, we would like to hear from you.

Help keep good care within reach.

Your support helps LTGR continue doing what it was built to do: understand what the person in front of us needs and find a path to care.
